lathe WEMA Hydro JOKER 7000

WEMA JOKER 7000 a significant product pertaining to our delivery scope, is the forerunner of an entirely new generation of hydraulic duplicating lathes. The copying support and slide which run on hardened and ground ball transfer guides are features which are particularly worth mentioning. The duplicating lathe chisels are located very close to the revolving collar plate even on the double copying support. The different types of collar plates and accessory parts can all be retrofitted at any time, thus permitting the machine to be fitted to the changing requirements in the client’s shop. The drive unit for the support advance is fitted to the rear of the machine in order to provide plenty of space and freedom of movement on the operating side.

lathe WEMA SPS JOKER 7000 CD

The CD model has more features than the JOKER 7000 copy turning Machine (also referred to as a copy lathe). When turning highly detailed profiles the speed at which the cutter travels can be pro- grammed up to 6 zones. With the variation of the position of the cutter, a turning diameter up to 380 mm is easily archieved in copy mode. Knowledge of NC is not required for programming. The WEMA JOKER 7000 CD shows the features of the JOKER 7000: the copying slide runs on hardened and grooved low-maintenance ball transfer guides. The lathe chisel is located very close to the revolving collar plate which guarantees vibration-free turning of the workpiece profile. The profile is scanned hydraulically using the specimen or profile template. The standard design of the machine is equipped with 2 programmable axes: one longitudinal axis and one turning axis.

CNC lathe WEMA JOKER 7000 CNC

The WEMA JOKER 7000 CNC is a further development of our tried-and-tested copying lathe WEMA JOKER 7000. The turning support and the longitudinal slide which run on hardened and ground low-maintenance ball transfer guides are features which are particularly worth mentioning. The lathe chisel is located very close to the revolving collar plate which guarantees vibration-free turning of the workpiece profile. Collar plates and accessory parts can be retrofitted at any time. The standard design of the machine is equipped with 3 programmable axes: two feed axes and one rotational axis for milling.

Manual lathes of the series WEMA ALPHA are solid machines for professional use, with their benchbeds made of grey cast iron and their structures also made of high-quality grey cast iron. Heavy welded steel plates form the columns of these machines. The motor is held in moving bearings on a rocker in the left column, and transmits the rotational motion via a robust poly-V-belt onto the four-step pulley of the shaft in the headstock.
